We design an informal, interactive meeting environment, featuring semi-circle seating, natural daylight, and a networking activity that uses the "Story Cubes." Centered on three key topics—sustainable events, event technology/AI, and destination marketing—the agenda encourages insightful discussions led by a skilled facilitator. This setup fosters meaningful exchanges between international guests and local participants, with AI-generated meeting notes providing an immediate summary.
