Cross-Cultural Exchange Workshop

Gathering participants from ten countries offers a rare chance to delve into cultural differences and broaden perspectives. This one-day training is designed to enhance feedback skills for upcoming projects in various countries throughout Asia by incorporating diverse viewpoints. Through cultural exchanges, project discussions using the Fishbowl format, and exploration of the 5-D cultural model, participants develop fresh insights to refine their project plans and tackle global challenges. The day culminates in a Farewell Party with 50 attendees, celebrating cultural connections and shared inspiration.
