As part of the CEM & CMP Certification training, we conduct a workshop for meeting professionals about the need to look beyond the meeting room and its logistics. For, if meetings do not generate some kind of change, why bother? Once participants recognized this fundamental principle, they embarked upon a journey of discovery focused on the typical characteristics of meetings as a form of communication.
