H2O - Happy, Hybrid, & Objective Meeting Design Party

This interactive event highlights TICC’s cutting-edge hybrid meeting facilities, in particular showcasing the venue’s Plenary Hall and i-Studio. Designed by Orange Gibbon, the program featured immersive activities, expert insights from Mike van der Vijver, and live demonstrations of meeting design principles emphasizing the 3Es: Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Energy. Participants experience innovative approaches to hybrid meetings, blending art, psychology, and technology to create impactful and engaging events.
