Global Wind Energy Company Offsite

This Korean company off-site starts with a well-structured and high-paced cross-team information exchange. Next, participants use visual tools such as handmade artwork and paintings to illustrate their vision of the project’s goals, strengthening long-term execution and confidence. The 3-day content is visually documented by a graphic recorder, producing a large mural that symbolizes the team’s commitment. The group takes it back to the project office to inspire all members (as well as the project manager who unfortunately fell ill).
