# Serious Fun
Are you able to recognize a “good” meeting when you attend one?
Probably yes! You can tell that it’s good from these three characteristics:
Effectiveness 🏹
The meeting achieves clearly stated goals and produces actionable outcomes.
Efficiency 🆙
These outcomes are achieved making the best possible use of the resources available.
Energy 🔋
The participants, including content experts, contribute to the outcomes in a well-structured process that engages everyone thanks to inclusive formats.
The Three Es. We call meetings with the three Es #SeriousFun!
Serious work, on serious content, achieved thanks to an engaging, energizing environment.
What is Meeting Design?
At Orange Gibbon, we believe that every meeting should be filled with meaning and warmth—not just a scheduled time to exchange information, but a crafted experience for the people involved. Meeting design is about creating something more significant: making sure every element resonates with the participants and fosters real connection.
It all starts with two simple questions:
Who is this meeting for?
Who is this meeting for?
It’s about understanding the participants, their needs, and how they process and act on information. With people at the heart of everything we do, we create meetings that go beyond a typical exchange—they become transformative experiences.
Our approach ensures
Participants receive information in ways that truly resonate.
Ideas are collaboratively processed for deeper understanding.
The programme inspires action, sparking genuine engagement and real results.
We’re here to change the way the world meets—one creative, impactful experience at a time.
The Core of Meeting Design
Meeting design is not about decorations or logistics. It’s about:
Customizing the Flow of your content
Crafting a programme that reflect your goals and the participants' needs.
Driving Interaction
Using tools, techniques and formats to ensure active engagement.
Delivering Outcomes
Focusing on how decisions, insights, and connections will lead to real impact.
At Orange Gibbon, we’ve designed meetings for a wide variety of audiences worldwide, ensuring every participant leaves with a sense of value, connection, and purpose. Corporate, association, government, NGO - all our clients have benefited from working on their programmes with us.
Tell us what you want to achieve and we will design the best programme.

Manifesto
We dare to challenge the entrenched norms of modern meeting practices.
Meetings, as live expressions of human communication, stem from two origins:
The classroom lecture
The structured assembly of governance
Yet, the tree that has grown from these roots appears withered, bearing little fruit.
Too often, meetings are:
Monotonous
Restrictive, paralyzing potential for both physical and mental movement.
Burdened by outdated hierarchies and unnecessary formalities.
It’s time to replace these remnants with structures rooted in:
Genuine collaboration
Honest knowledge exchange
Mutual curiosity
Meetings can be transformed—becoming:
Effective
Human
Action-driven
Inspiring
We envision a new culture of meetings that celebrates:
Productive human interaction
Creativity
Diversity
Sustainable progress
This transformation is guided by our
